This explains what information Hire For Me ("we," "us") collects through hireformeagency.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to hiring practices who contact us about a search and to candidates who submit information through our site.
Information we collect
- From hiring practices: name, practice name, work email, phone number, the role you're hiring for, and anything else you share when scheduling a call or filling out our contact form.
- From candidates: name, contact information, the role you're interested in, and your resume.
- Scheduling information: if you book a call, the date, time, and meeting method you choose (Google Meet, Zoom, or phone).
How we use this information
To respond to inquiries and schedule calls, to evaluate candidates against open roles and introduce qualified candidates to our clients, and to keep our own records of searches and placements. We do not sell personal information, and we don't use candidate resumes for anything other than recruiting.
How we share this information
We use a small number of everyday service providers to run the business: Calendly, Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Zoom for scheduling calls, and Google Drive for storing resumes. With a hiring practice's permission, we share relevant candidate information (including resumes) with that specific practice as part of a search. We don't share candidate information with any other employer without the candidate's knowledge, and we don't sell data to anyone.
